Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for resolution.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unused
In original packaging
In resellable condition

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used personal hygiene products are non-returnable, unless faulty.
